Since entering the financial services industry in 2010, Jennifer has built a diverse background in client service, operations, and process improvement. Whether assisting with account servicing, coordinating operational processes, or ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately, Jennifer takes pride in providing dependable support and building lasting relationships with clients.
Jennifer enjoys creating efficient processes, solving problems, and finding ways to enhance both the client and advisor experience. She believes exceptional service comes from clear communication, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, reading, traveling, and relaxing at the beach whenever she can. She also serves as the Communications Coordinator for the Lower Alabama Lacrosse Bayhawks, where she enjoys supporting the organization’s mission and helping grow the game of lacrosse within the local community.
